Booking Terms
These terms apply to every shoot booked through this website. They are written to keep dates, deliverables and expectations clear on both sides.
Requests vs. confirmed slots
Submitting the booking form creates a request, not a confirmed booking. Your slot is confirmed only after the studio replies and confirms the date in writing on WhatsApp.
Advance
An advance is required to lock a date. The balance is payable on or before the shoot day unless agreed otherwise.
Reschedule and cancellation
Dates can be rescheduled subject to availability when you tell us in advance. Advances for cancelled shoots may be adjusted against a future date at the studio's discretion.
Weather and location
Outdoor shoots depend on light and weather. If conditions make the planned shoot unsafe or unusable, we will reschedule the affected part at no extra creative fee.
Travel
Shoots outside the confirmed base city may include travel charges, quoted before the shoot is confirmed.
Revisions and delivery
Each package includes one revision round on the edit. Final graded files are delivered digitally within the turnaround quoted for your package.
Raw footage and usage
Raw, ungraded footage is not delivered as standard. M3EDITS retains the right to use delivered content for portfolio and social media unless you request otherwise before the shoot.
